GBThe most amazing experience Had the most amazing retreat with CG fitness and the best experience ever. With this being my first fitness retreat I didn’t know what to expect but the exercises were both challenging and fun at the same time. We started each morning with a different session each day such as yoga, boot camp, 30 minute run with core session to finish. Each individual was encouraging and helped push people to the best of their ability. I met the most amazing people who were very friendly and welcoming. The food made by chef Flo was very delicious. Myself being someone who is a fussy eater, I found the food amazing and tried things I wouldn’t usually eat but now love. The villa was beautiful and clean and in the perfect location with a shop down the road and the beach in a walking distance. Would definitely attend one of Connor’s fitness retreats again and will 100% be recommending it to people I know. Thank you Connor, Flo and Glenda for the best week ever!!♥️ xx

GBThe best fitness retreat ever! The retreat was amazing! The whole process was planned perfectly! The location/villa was beautiful and spacious. Amazing meals were provided which were carefully planned out to ensure we ate healthy, got all the proteins and nutrients we needed for training and also very filling! The classes were good fun with the whole group and suited for everyone as you work to your own ability with the coach there to help you push harder to reach your goals. PT sessions were amazing & the yoga sessions helped you to stretch after all the exercise! You still also had downtime to do what you wanted or activities were organised for fun afternoons out with the team! The retreat really works, I lost 5.5lbs in the first 4 days! The vibes were good and always positive. Honestly had the best time and would really recommend this to anyone. Definitely will be booking again in future!

GBAn amazing week! I had such an amazing time on the fitness retreat in Portugal! As someone who does little exercise and isn’t a regular gym-goer, I was a little apprehensive beforehand and wasn’t sure what to expect! But after doing the retreat I can say that I would 100% do another one and would recommend CG Fitness Retreats to anybody, no matter their fitness level. Connor is a fantastic PT and got to know my fitness levels/capabilities really quickly, and made sure I was comfortable in the workouts I was doing while still being challenged. There was a mix of solo and group sessions, and I am so grateful to have been with such a friendly, supportive and fun group of people. For me there was the perfect balance between fitness and downtime. I feel really good about how active I was during the week, but I also still feel like I had a holiday! Getting up earlier for the group sessions meant I felt like I was making the most out of everyday, and we did so much throughout the week. We stayed in the most stunning villa, which was really spacious and had the most amazing facilities, including a heated pool, gym, cinema room, pool table and table tennis table! It’s up to you how you spend your time, and there is no obligation to attend all the sessions if you’d rather do other things. However I’m really glad I threw myself into everything as I’ve tried so many things I wouldn’t have otherwise done, including boxercise, weight training and cycling. The villa was in a great location, and we went out as a group in the local area. The food was one of the highlights for me - Chef Flo’s cooking is unreal and I found every meal became my new favourite! I want to recreate so many of his dishes now that I’m back home! Overall, I had so much fun on the retreat. I’m proud I pushed myself out of my comfort zone, and to anyone like me who might be feeling unsure whether it’s for them, I can honestly say you won’t regret it!

GBBest ever retreat Honoured to be part of CG retreats, the camp is amazing from start to finish. Attention to detail from workshops to training. The villas are amazing modern spacious beautiful and relaxing. The whole trip is so well planned from start to finish.so many activities to choose from and a great group of people giving team work vibes and yes the team work really made the dream work.so looking forward to more retreats and new destinations I really can’t wait. I am Already booked on the next retreat. Coach Connor is very skilled and makes all ability’s welcome, from beginners to professionals. The yoga coach is very well experienced and yoga classes were amazing . Get involved :-)

GBCG fitness at its best My reservations and apprehensions were on top of my worry list when it came to this retreat as I just didn’t know what to expect and how I would perform either by myself or with the rest of the group and although I train with Connor anyway it’s a different experience when working with him on a one to one basis,s. But I can safely say the experience the environment and the whole atmosphere of the group and one to one sessions were amazing. The yoga 🧘♀️ I did for the very first time was a great experience something I would definitely recommend especially after a good workout 🏋️♀️. Working in a great surrounding with good weather was an added bonus. The food was exceptional and learned to cook in different ways. And definitely will be trying some recipes out Connor as always hard working, works at your pace and definitely would recommend anyone who is looking to better your health and have fun at the same time 😃
