Impossible to return Bad advice on sizing from their customer service. I kept ordering until I got the right size. When I requested authority to return the two finger splints that didn’t fit, they never responded. They will not allow you to return anything unless they give you specific permission. Now I am stuck with $78 worth of splints that I can never use..

Thank You I have actually worked with AliMed when I was at Kingsley Mfg. Co. and always enjoyed their customer service and care. Now that I am caring for my Mom full time I am a customer and still receive the professional curtsy and products I did when working in Orthotics and Prosthetics. Thank You AliMed.

Won't allow return. Ordered left and right walker splint for family member. Alimed would NOT allow me to return the unused product - said the box had been opened. How are you supposed to check it without opening the box? Will never order from here again and urge others to reconsider.

The picture for hand cuff for walker… The picture for hand cuff for walker very deceptive, we thought was plastic and ended up just sheepskin like wool and a strap, we had to open to see what it looked like and tried to return it and was refused because of it being opened and it being a medical item.. Need to have better description of items. $32.00 wasted 10.00 which was shipping

I am trying to initiate a return I am trying to initiate a return. I sent an email to customer service January 5th and as of today, January 10, I still haven't heard from them. I called as followed: January 9th (on hold 9 minutes 22 seconds) January 10th (on hold 5 minutes and 4 seconds) January 10th (on hold 16 minutes and 1 second) Not sure what the problem is?
