GBBUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE. You best be sure about anything you order from these folks. There is a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee, regardless of whether you took it out of the plastic. Since there is no storefront, you can't try anything on. Nice way to take advantage of folks and make money when what you get does not deliver as expected. By the way, before I bought the product, I had two inquires into customer service and I never received a response. Should have known better then....

GBI am trying to initiate a return I am trying to initiate a return. I sent an email to customer service January 5th and as of today, January 10, I still haven't heard from them. I called as followed: January 9th (on hold 9 minutes 22 seconds) January 10th (on hold 5 minutes and 4 seconds) January 10th (on hold 16 minutes and 1 second) Not sure what the problem is?

GBThe picture for hand cuff for walker… The picture for hand cuff for walker very deceptive, we thought was plastic and ended up just sheepskin like wool and a strap, we had to open to see what it looked like and tried to return it and was refused because of it being opened and it being a medical item.. Need to have better description of items. $32.00 wasted 10.00 which was shipping

GBI ordered on item over a year ago I ordered on item over a year ago. Since then my credit card has been tested with small charges. I asked Alimed to close my account since I cannot remove the credit card info from my online account. Only got a canned email response and my account is still open. 6/13/2022 Trustpilot indicated that Alimed wanted more info, so I resent the emails from May requesting the account be closed and again requested the account be closed. No response from Alimed (as usual).

GBHorrible, Uncaring Customer Service Horrible, uncaring company. Tired to ask a question about an expensive product and and finally got an email from a "Kylie" telling me that I had to have my physical therapist call them! Honestly, if Alimed doesn't want to sell to patients then take your website down and only sell wholesale. Further, her answer was uncaring, almost like she enjoyed passing me off. Thanks, Kylie, for making my day as a disabled person just that more difficult.
