When I requested authority to return the two finger splints that didn’t fit, they never responded. They will not allow you to return anything unless they give you specific permission. Now I am stuck with $78 worth of splints that I can never use..

GBVery poor customer service Ordered two thumb braces. The elastic started to separate after two wearings on one. Sent an email to customer service requesting a replacement. They replied they would send my claim to their “returns team”. It is now a month later and I’ve heard nothing even after several emails inquiring about status. Some of the worst customer service I’ve had. Will never purchase from here again. I expected a lot more for the price of the items.

I called to return them since I ordered the wrong size, I spoke to Amanda twice now with no RMA response Your return department is dragging their feet. I am calling the BBB and expressing my disappointment, Its been 2 weeks with no communication from Alimed. All I want is to buy the correct size.
