Wasn’t in production any longer I ordered a product they offered online. They then notified me it was no longer in production and offered to switch me to a similar, but less desired product. I requested my monies to be refunded. They did refund me promptly

Andy was fantastic Andy was fantastic! I called him Friday (12/17) about noon his time to order an indeelift. He had it picked up by FedEx (ground) by 1:30 pm for deliver by the following Thursday (Atlanta to Phoenix). The package arrived (to our pleasant surprise) on Monday afternoon (3 days early). GREAT JOB!

IndeeLift Have not received the lift yet, but the attention we got pre-sale was wonderful, lots of communication . We are Canadian buyers from an American company, they answered all of our questions very quickly about everything including the shipping, which is free. We could not find a Canadian dealer, Live Oak Med was so helpful and we looking forward to our delivery.
