I’ve been looking a long time for a… I’ve been looking a long time for a solution to help my husband up when he falls. Most products are very costly. The ResQ steps are our perfect solution! He has paralysis on one side but has no problem getting up with the steps. Now I don’t have to call for assistance and wait for help to arrive. I even recommended them to his neurologist. He looked into them immediately because he has several patients with the same issue. Save some $$$ and purchase here instead of Amazon.

Great Customer Service. The item I ordered was temporarily out of stock. I was promptly informed of that situation via email and had all my questions quickly answered. Their estimated new delivery date was accurate- the item actually arrived a little earlier than estimated- and I even received a 10% discount on the price for my “inconvenience” I was very pleased with their excellent customer service.

Rapid Response I ordered from LiveOakMed because of the fact that they stocked the device that I was looking for where as others on the web needed weeks to order it, receive it and get iit, and prepare it for shipment.
