Andy was fantastic Andy was fantastic! I called him Friday (12/17) about noon his time to order an indeelift. He had it picked up by FedEx (ground) by 1:30 pm for deliver by the following Thursday (Atlanta to Phoenix). The package arrived (to our pleasant surprise) on Monday afternoon (3 days early). Reviewing Liveoakmed Reviewing Liveoakmed and reviewing the product Indeelift are 2 different things. So far we haven't had to use the device Indeelift, but it seems to be a good product. We bought it hoping we would not need it, but it is good to have when someone deals with frequent falling especially while it is more dangerous to call first responders during a virus pandemic. I will review Indeelift when we have used it. Now to Liveoakmed: Their service and help were extraordinary. They answered all my questions and helped me through the ordering process and delivery was prompt.

Great Customer Service. The item I ordered was temporarily out of stock. I was promptly informed of that situation via email and had all my questions quickly answered. Their estimated new delivery date was accurate- the item actually arrived a little earlier than estimated- and I even received a 10% discount on the price for my “inconvenience” I was very pleased with their excellent customer service.
