We are Canadian buyers from an American company, they answered all of our questions very quickly about everything including the shipping, which is free. We could not find a Canadian dealer, Live Oak Med was so helpful and we looking forward to our delivery.

This product is excellent in every… This product is excellent in every respect. It was delivered promptly, packed exceptionally well and operates as it should. The Fed Ex driver even brought it in the house! It is well engineered and constructed. We expect it to be very reliable.

Peace of mind delivered fast and efficiently. I could not believe how quickly the lift arrived or how perfectly it was packaged. I now have peace of mind when home or when I have to leave my husband for short periods. We had to call 911 the last few times he fell. This will be a blessing since he can slide or roll over to it and use the lift himself or I can help when I am with him. It is SUPER STURDY Like Hospital grade. Well worth the cost. It worked right out of the box plus it was so simple to put the few pieces together. (wheels and handles just went right on). It is small enough to store in a hall closet or in a corner. Pleased with the delivery time and ease… Pleased with the delivery time and ease of setting up the Indee Lift. Took more time to break down the cardboard for recyclng! This Thing Works! I use a wheelchair and am a 78-yr-old woman. I cannot get up if I am on the floor. The IndeeLift works as advertised (got on the floor and tried it) and I felt confident using it. No more arguments with my 75-yr-old spouse. No more 911 calls. The only negative I can say is where do I put it. It's big and somewhat ugly, well, industrial looking. It is a very good purchase for me. It arrived on time and was simple to assemble.
