Reviewing Liveoakmed Reviewing Liveoakmed and reviewing the product Indeelift are 2 different things. So far we haven't had to use the device Indeelift, but it seems to be a good product. We bought it hoping we would not need it, but it is good to have when someone deals with frequent falling especially while it is more dangerous to call first responders during a virus pandemic. I will review Indeelift when we have used it. Now to Liveoakmed: Their service and help were extraordinary. They answered all my questions and helped me through the ordering process and delivery was prompt.

Great Customer Service. The item I ordered was temporarily out of stock. I was promptly informed of that situation via email and had all my questions quickly answered. Their estimated new delivery date was accurate- the item actually arrived a little earlier than estimated- and I even received a 10% discount on the price for my “inconvenience” I was very pleased with their excellent customer service.

Indeed Lift is Better Than Expected I needed a lift for an elderly relative who has experienced frequent falls. After researching several, I purchased the lift from Liveoakmed. I connected via chat with a customer service rep who answered all of my questions and even reassured me of the shipping and delivery dates--which were right on time. The lift was super easy to set up and it works as advertised. Good item and even better customer service.
