The person I talked to was well informed about the product and about the details for ordering and delivery. He also answered questions about using and servicing the product. I am happily anticipating the arrival of the lift tomorrow.

Good Stability This is a very sturdy and stable piece of equipment to help my father up from the floor. Unit is relatively compact, given what it can do, and his wife can wheel it into place. There was one problem with shipping which was immediately corrected. I hope we never need to use it, but it sure is comforting to know we can.

This Thing Works! I use a wheelchair and am a 78-yr-old woman. I cannot get up if I am on the floor. The IndeeLift works as advertised (got on the floor and tried it) and I felt confident using it. No more arguments with my 75-yr-old spouse. No more 911 calls. The only negative I can say is where do I put it. It's big and somewhat ugly, well, industrial looking. It is a very good purchase for me. It arrived on time and was simple to assemble.
