Reviewing Liveoakmed Reviewing Liveoakmed and reviewing the product Indeelift are 2 different things. So far we haven't had to use the device Indeelift, but it seems to be a good product. We bought it hoping we would not need it, but it is good to have when someone deals with frequent falling especially while it is more dangerous to call first responders during a virus pandemic. I will review Indeelift when we have used it. Now to Liveoakmed: Their service and help were extraordinary. They answered all my questions and helped me through the ordering process and delivery was prompt.

Very thorough and responsive This s a big investment and I am a picky person. The thorough replies to my questions and ease of completing the process helped me make a serious investment with more confidence. While checking on other options (online and brick/mortar sales) I found the most reliable and reputable to be Live Oak Med.

The person I talked to was well informed about the product and about the details for ordering and delivery. He also answered questions about using and servicing the product. I am happily anticipating the arrival of the lift tomorrow.

Pleased with the delivery time and ease… Pleased with the delivery time and ease of setting up the Indee Lift. Took more time to break down the cardboard for recyclng! Wasn’t in production any longer I ordered a product they offered online. They then notified me it was no longer in production and offered to switch me to a similar, but less desired product. I requested my monies to be refunded. They did refund me promptly
