This is a fraudulent company This is a fraudulent company. Please go to a real vein specialist and not a con-artist, joke of an operation like this. Customer service is the absolute worst. Everyone who answers the phone lies to you, puts you on hold forever, NEVER RESOLVES YOUR ISSUE, no calls are returned as promised. They are a bunch of clowns in a clown show. I would never trust them. Vein clinics of America was not much better. They misguided people who did not need anything done. They sold you packages and you lost all your money when they were bought out. All about the MONEY, not you. Take my advise and do not get caught in this nest of incompetence and horrific customer service, You will thank me. The company cannot improve because they are a scam. I am in healthcare and this is NOT a safe place for anyone. Go far away from them.These places are not monitored the same and they do not care about you. They lie, cheat, and steal.

This place was unprofessional This place was unprofessional! Called to schedule a new patient appointment provided my insurance information and was told that insurance would be verified.. I asked to leave work early arrived 15 minutes early, the doctor was standing at the front seat and asked if I was self pay??? I said no that I provided my insurance info with call center and he asked for if and ins. Card.. I say not a friendly environment, did not feel welcome at all, after sitting there he informed me that He did not participate with my insurance and that I could go to a different office… this is so unprofessional!!!!!! I left work early was told that they participated with my insurance but it changed without notice!!! I had treatment there about 10 years ago and I recommended this place to a few people. I would NEVER recommend this unpleasant place! My time is valuable and it was the worst experience.

I decided to not go with USA clinic and… I decided to not go with USA clinic and I went with another vein clinic in the Twin Cities when I tried to call to find my prescription To send over to the new clinic it was a very hard process and nobody spoke English, so I couldn’t understand anybody. It was very hard to do anything with them very unsatisfied that they don’t have a front desk. We can talk to. Worst customer service!

USA Veins SUCKS! USA Veins is horrible! Vein Clinics of America used the same call center system, but at least they did something. USA Vein call center just deflects, makes excuses or just hangs up on the customer. Try requesting your medical records and see the run around you get. I requested mine in February 2022 and still no records, but lots of excuses. Federal law states that they must provide records within 30 days of patients request, but they think they are above the law. I don’t think this company will be around for long before they are forced to close. I will be filing complaints with the Commonwealth of Virginia and various federal agencies and urged everyone to do the same. Of course USA Veins reply with the same canned email response, but still no medical records.

Below zero stars Below zero stars! Unprofessional and dirty office. Customer service indifferent and uncaring. Billing is awful. I paid my balance and continue to be harassed and threatened due to a “computer glitch” that they have no idea when it will be fixed.in the meantime I show an outstanding balance since January. Awful experience.
