DO NOT USE them or any of their sister… DO NOT USE them or any of their sister companies, SCAM ARTISTS. They were formerly Your smile direct which went into liquidation and by the sounds of it have left hundreds, if not thousands of people in the dark after taking their money without providing any customer care of in some instances, no aligners at all.

Shocking customer service You have taken over Your Smile Direct and not contacted your customers to explain what’s going on. This poor communication has caused a lot of worry and upset to hundreds of customers. Please reply to your emails, phone messages and social media comments.

It went in to liquidation as it didn't pay its bills (the aligner supplier!!), with reported €4.4m losses!! The website for YSD forwarded to Alignerly and no-one is answering any calls or emails from the YSD numbers. YSD has left me and many customers out of thousands of pounds as well as outstanding treatments and services and it thinks it can just phoenix a new company 'Alignerly' to steal more money from customers and suppliers. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!

AVOID SCAMMERS Rebranded from your smile direct and basically left all customers in the lurch ! Just disappeared on us all without a word of warning ! How disgusting to do that to people.. some are in treatment and stuck now and will have to fork out more money to have teeth straightened! Some just paid and receiving NO TREATMENT THIEFTS

If it was possible to give 0 I would If it was possible to give 0 I would! One is too generous! This company who is formally Your Smile Direct is a joke! I’ve had my aligners 3 years! Last time I saw my dentist they said that I should not have gone there! They said it was a short term fix! Which I completely understand! As I said, this is coming up to my 4th year, if I don’t wear my aligner every night my teeth shift! I emailed them to see if I could get a new retainer but the company has shifted and the email was never received! I would avoid at all costs! Please go through your dentist and get professional work instead of using this company!
