GBIf it was possible to give 0 I would If it was possible to give 0 I would! One is too generous! This company who is formally Your Smile Direct is a joke! I’ve had my aligners 3 years! Last time I saw my dentist they said that I should not have gone there! They said it was a short term fix! Which I completely understand! As I said, this is coming up to my 4th year, if I don’t wear my aligner every night my teeth shift! I emailed them to see if I could get a new retainer but the company has shifted and the email was never received! I would avoid at all costs! Please go through your dentist and get professional work instead of using this company!

GBSCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! I paid OVER £1000 and have yet to receive even ONE set of my aligners! The contact numbers for YSD and Alignerly appear to have been disconnected in an attempt to bury their head in the sand and run off with everyone's money! No one has responded to ANY of my email or voice mails asking what's happening. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT GO WITH THESE ABSOLOUTE THEIVES!

GBPreviously Your Smile Direct Previously Your Smile Direct. Cannot get in touch with them. Emails keep bouncing back and phone line disconnected. Half way through my aligner treatment, paid up front for aligners, retainer and teeth whitening. Not yet at the point where I need the retainer and the teeth whitening but now that Your Smile Direct has gone into liquidation I highly doubt I'll be receiving those. I initially paid with my credit card and have submitted a dispute form with all the details. I also included a link to this forum so I suggest you do the same. Still waiting to hear back from the bank and I'll keep you all updated as to whether I can claw back anything

GBDO NOT USE them or any of their sister… DO NOT USE them or any of their sister companies, SCAM ARTISTS. They were formerly Your smile direct which went into liquidation and by the sounds of it have left hundreds, if not thousands of people in the dark after taking their money without providing any customer care of in some instances, no aligners at all.

GBI received a full refund today... Despite being clearly conned into paying £299 three weeks ago for my treatment, and having received no contact from them after making said payment (despite constant calls and emails). Today I received a full refund. So they are possibly working their way through.
