I received a full refund today... Despite being clearly conned into paying £299 three weeks ago for my treatment, and having received no contact from them after making said payment (despite constant calls and emails). Today I received a full refund. So they are possibly working their way through.

DO NOT USE them or any of their sister… DO NOT USE them or any of their sister companies, SCAM ARTISTS. They were formerly Your smile direct which went into liquidation and by the sounds of it have left hundreds, if not thousands of people in the dark after taking their money without providing any customer care of in some instances, no aligners at all.

Would give 0 stars if I could Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not bother, sort out your existing customers before. Honestly sickened by what all the existing customers are experiencing right now. Scammers

Read all the reviews on here before you… Read all the reviews on here before you even consider treatment. Alignerly is owned by the same guy Graham Byrne who has left hundreds of customers at your smile direct out of pocket and now having to seek treatment elsewhere. My advice would be to pay for a proper high street orthodontist.
