CAJust finished the 12 Week Achillesโฆ Just finished the 12 Week Achilles Rehab Program. I am a few years off a left Achilles full rupture and started this program a few after I had torn my right gastrocnemius muscle. I was committed and diligent about following through to continue to enjoy the activities I love. I noticed immediate results with pain free running and improved strength in both legs. I had one question in the programming and received a quick response. All I all it was an awesome purchase, easy to use app and Iโm faster now than before my most recent injury!

GBItโs a good program that may not have been totally right for me. My flexibility and range of motionโฆ My flexibility and range of motion improved within two weeks and my legs are definitely stronger. Unfortunately my knees are not great. They were feeling great until Phase 3. I think it was too much for my knees, particularly too much lunging. It probably would have been better for me if I had stayed with the exercises in Phase 2 longer and worked out every other day or cut down to three days a week plus one easy day. There are lots of good exercises. The program also helped me realize the importance of stretching and foam rolling. The Prehab guys were accessible for questions and offered supportive feedback. I am sure this program has and will help a lot of people. Just pay attention to your limits and change it up if you need to.

GBI am 6'7 and have done bodybuildingโฆ I am 6'7 and have done bodybuilding type workouts for over 12 years. I have a genetic predisposition for FAI in both hips. I had already been to physical therapists in person but I live in a small town and do not have insurance so there were not many options. Doing stability exercises, foam rolling, and stretching greatly reduce my symptoms and continue to make progress with my normal workouts. There are SO many exercises in these programs to pick from. It is definitely worth the money for me

GBAn amazing resource Access to knowledge like this makes everyone better stewards of their own health. It is invaluable to have video content and designated areas of focus, for example "low back pain" or "Knee Pre-hab". Prevention really is the best cure. Thank you so much for the time and effort you've put into creating this awesome product.

CAHelped my hips I was Dealt a heavy dose of reactive arthritis after unsuccessfully conquering some strep throat (thanks doc) about 2 years ago. It did a number on my hips and the rehab program prescribed to me wasnโt cutting it. As a result I had bilateral joint issues from head to toe. I Started following The Prehab Guys on Instagram and practiced the many exercises they provided. After a lot of work Ive seen great mobility and strength improvement and feel great. I recommend these guys to everyone and I owe these guys a lot.
