INSelf-help Instgram profile to keep coming back to I have had to go through a knee rehab in the past due to lack of conditioning exercises. I have spent quite some amount on correcting the practises. Prehab Guys very effectively address all the mobility and strengthening issues I personally faced/face. They are the page I most consistently follow. Keep up the work Guys๐

GBExcellent Corrective Exercises I am an active aging retired triathlete. I have been to Physical Therapy off and on for the last 3 years. I love to swim, bike and run for fitness these days. I have had multiple wear and tear injuries to neck, low back, groin, hamstrings, shoulder and knees. I am an exercise physiologist so I value corrective exercises and have found the Rehab exercises to be excellent as well as progression in all programs. I have found the app more useful than PT and less expensive in the long run!

GBExercise library for PT practice. I love the variety of exercises and the detailed descriptions of each movement! Iโm still having difficulty copying the exercises to paste into WebPT. Also the print version of the exercise plan has very small exercises. I have some older patients that donโt want electronic programs so I still need to print. Overall though him very happy with the exercise library.

GBI am 6'7 and have done bodybuildingโฆ I am 6'7 and have done bodybuilding type workouts for over 12 years. I have a genetic predisposition for FAI in both hips. I had already been to physical therapists in person but I live in a small town and do not have insurance so there were not many options. Doing stability exercises, foam rolling, and stretching greatly reduce my symptoms and continue to make progress with my normal workouts. There are SO many exercises in these programs to pick from. It is definitely worth the money for me
