building my bod stronger from the core outโ€ฆ I'm currently in the process of building my bod stronger from the core out! I've now completed a few of the Prehab Guys routines, Thoracic spine being one of them. This course has give me the knowledge to recognize what my Thoracic Spine actually is and the movements that it's responsible for. I was able to build the strength I needed to help stabilize my core, and reduce tightness in my upper back which I had thought was normal. Cheers for the knowledge Prehab

I am 6'7 and have done bodybuildingโ€ฆ I am 6'7 and have done bodybuilding type workouts for over 12 years. I have a genetic predisposition for FAI in both hips. I had already been to physical therapists in person but I live in a small town and do not have insurance so there were not many options. Doing stability exercises, foam rolling, and stretching greatly reduce my symptoms and continue to make progress with my normal workouts. There are SO many exercises in these programs to pick from. It is definitely worth the money for me

Excellent Corrective Exercises I am an active aging retired triathlete. I have been to Physical Therapy off and on for the last 3 years. I love to swim, bike and run for fitness these days. I have had multiple wear and tear injuries to neck, low back, groin, hamstrings, shoulder and knees. I am an exercise physiologist so I value corrective exercises and have found the Rehab exercises to be excellent as well as progression in all programs. I have found the app more useful than PT and less expensive in the long run!

What a difference this has made! I started doing the exercises one evening that The Prehab Guys post on IG, but didnโ€™t take it seriously or try my best. The next morning I felt wonderfully mobile in my lower back (which had given me trouble for years now.) I then tried the shoulder exercises, hips, basically all that applied to me. This has quickly become a 5 minute ritual of my day and can truly say that I havenโ€™t looked back. A real life changer! Iโ€™m so grateful for the easy exercises that make a BIG difference to mobility, balance and even sleep. Deepest thank you!

The program works! I was dealing with a mid portion Achilles tendinopathy for over a year with little success rehabbing the injury. I thought Iโ€™d give the prehab program a go & within a couple of weeks I could feel the difference, I was no longer limping after waking up or resting for long periods. I have started running again since finishing the program without pain! Mobility and strength has definitely improved & now a case of regular maintenance using the program. I would definitely recommend this program!
