I came in to see the Prehab teamโ€ฆ I came in to see the Prehab team because of a lower back injury- Iโ€™d never been to physical therapy before but I am very happy that I did. To start, the facility itself is just awesome- very inviting and clean atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and easy to talk to. Itโ€™s clear that they really know what theyโ€™re talking about and I myself received a great education in terms of how to take care of my injury and make progress going forward. Highly recommend going to Prehab

Self-help Instgram profile to keep coming back to I have had to go through a knee rehab in the past due to lack of conditioning exercises. I have spent quite some amount on correcting the practises. Prehab Guys very effectively address all the mobility and strengthening issues I personally faced/face. They are the page I most consistently follow. Keep up the work Guys๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Itโ€™s a good program that may not have been totally right for me. My flexibility and range of motionโ€ฆ My flexibility and range of motion improved within two weeks and my legs are definitely stronger. Unfortunately my knees are not great. They were feeling great until Phase 3. I think it was too much for my knees, particularly too much lunging. It probably would have been better for me if I had stayed with the exercises in Phase 2 longer and worked out every other day or cut down to three days a week plus one easy day. There are lots of good exercises. The program also helped me realize the importance of stretching and foam rolling. The Prehab guys were accessible for questions and offered supportive feedback. I am sure this program has and will help a lot of people. Just pay attention to your limits and change it up if you need to.

Life savers by educating people on line The prefab guys are a five star on line rehabilitation program. I have been an active physical therapist for the last 33 years and I learn new things each and every time I watch their program. These 3 Doctors of Physical Therapy are very knowledgeable, smart, very determined to help others. Me and my patients appreciate all you guys are doing to make the Health care better, This world needs more of you guys. Thank you

This was helpful... A few years ago I did a test of dorsiflection and discovered that I had very limited mobility in my ankles/lower legs. Then, I injured my right achilles resulting in less mobility. I decided to try this program to help prevent any new injury. After 5 weeks I have noticed increased mobility in both legs. I missed week six due to vacation but am planning to do the cycle one more time. My only suggestion is to the exercises on both legs. I modified the program to do this so that I wasn't unevenly training (mostly by doing the other leg during the rest time).
