GBItโs a good program that may not have been totally right for me. My flexibility and range of motionโฆ My flexibility and range of motion improved within two weeks and my legs are definitely stronger. Unfortunately my knees are not great. They were feeling great until Phase 3. I think it was too much for my knees, particularly too much lunging. It probably would have been better for me if I had stayed with the exercises in Phase 2 longer and worked out every other day or cut down to three days a week plus one easy day. There are lots of good exercises. The program also helped me realize the importance of stretching and foam rolling. The Prehab guys were accessible for questions and offered supportive feedback. I am sure this program has and will help a lot of people. Just pay attention to your limits and change it up if you need to.

GBI want to thank the Prehab Guys theyโฆ I want to thank the Prehab Guys they are amazing! I've experienced mid back tension for the past 8yrs. I've been working a desk job since college. I started to workout regularly about 2yrs ago but had no back relief. My back was so knotted attempting rows was painful. I started to feel a difference after just two weeks of mobility drills! The thoracic spine mobility overhaul program has changed my life I can finally twist and turn! I recommend the app to anyone who wants to improve their mobility!

GBI am 6'7 and have done bodybuildingโฆ I am 6'7 and have done bodybuilding type workouts for over 12 years. I have a genetic predisposition for FAI in both hips. I had already been to physical therapists in person but I live in a small town and do not have insurance so there were not many options. Doing stability exercises, foam rolling, and stretching greatly reduce my symptoms and continue to make progress with my normal workouts. There are SO many exercises in these programs to pick from. It is definitely worth the money for me

AUThe program works! I was dealing with a mid portion Achilles tendinopathy for over a year with little success rehabbing the injury. I thought Iโd give the prehab program a go & within a couple of weeks I could feel the difference, I was no longer limping after waking up or resting for long periods. I have started running again since finishing the program without pain! Mobility and strength has definitely improved & now a case of regular maintenance using the program. I would definitely recommend this program!
