Have been dealing with Rhomboid painโ€ฆ Have been dealing with Rhomboid pain for years and recently within the last couple months it got worse. Everyday dealing with limited mobility and headaches; till i found the video on how to fix the pain. The first time i could barely twist now after a week of consistently doing the exercises i have full mobility and the pain as well as headaches have gone away.

Excellent Corrective Exercises I am an active aging retired triathlete. I have been to Physical Therapy off and on for the last 3 years. I love to swim, bike and run for fitness these days. I have had multiple wear and tear injuries to neck, low back, groin, hamstrings, shoulder and knees. I am an exercise physiologist so I value corrective exercises and have found the Rehab exercises to be excellent as well as progression in all programs. I have found the app more useful than PT and less expensive in the long run!

This was helpful... A few years ago I did a test of dorsiflection and discovered that I had very limited mobility in my ankles/lower legs. Then, I injured my right achilles resulting in less mobility. I decided to try this program to help prevent any new injury. After 5 weeks I have noticed increased mobility in both legs. I missed week six due to vacation but am planning to do the cycle one more time. My only suggestion is to the exercises on both legs. I modified the program to do this so that I wasn't unevenly training (mostly by doing the other leg during the rest time).

Helped my hips I was Dealt a heavy dose of reactive arthritis after unsuccessfully conquering some strep throat (thanks doc) about 2 years ago. It did a number on my hips and the rehab program prescribed to me wasnโ€™t cutting it. As a result I had bilateral joint issues from head to toe. I Started following The Prehab Guys on Instagram and practiced the many exercises they provided. After a lot of work Ive seen great mobility and strength improvement and feel great. I recommend these guys to everyone and I owe these guys a lot.

The program works! I was dealing with a mid portion Achilles tendinopathy for over a year with little success rehabbing the injury. I thought Iโ€™d give the prehab program a go & within a couple of weeks I could feel the difference, I was no longer limping after waking up or resting for long periods. I have started running again since finishing the program without pain! Mobility and strength has definitely improved & now a case of regular maintenance using the program. I would definitely recommend this program!
