GBI ordered 2 day shipping for a reason I ordered 2 day shipping for a reason, not to have them send it out whenever they get to it. When i go to edit my order in my confirmation email the link says my order is not found. Not at all pleased with the shipping time after spending more money to have it shipped sooner.

GBThis company truly sucks This company truly sucks! They took money out of my account on 3 different occasions, and I never received the items that I ordered and after emailing them every day for a week , their response was. We have canceled your orders no explanation as of why they never even sent the orders but I definitely will not be ordering from eliquidstop. Com again and no, I don’t recommend them. They cannot be trusted!

GBExtremely unreliable ship times I paid. Waited 3 days. Not even a label was created. After 5 days of this i demanded a refund because the product just simply was not shipping. I have ordered from them numerous times. Ship times are all over the place. Occasionally fast but please heed the word of those saying this company WILL create a shipping label and then just sit on your product for several days regardless of which shipping option you choose. Far to unreliable for this category of product.

GBSolid Despite the awful reviews here, I had a pretty good experience with the website. I ordered a couple pods and a bottle of juice and the post office had a mix up which led to my original package being shipped back to the sender. I reached out to customer service and they gave me the option of store credit, refund, or package being re shipped. I chose to re ship it and they sent out a new package within the same week at no cost to me. Pretty fast response time and I was honestly surprised they made it that easy for me especially with the reviews I’ve read. Shoutout to Renzo & Nathan from customer service for helping me out.

GBI placed a 77$ order I placed a 77$ on Aug. 15. I bought extra to get the free Priority shipping. My initial delivery date was set for August 19. It didn't show. I emailed the shop to tell them on the 20th. They basically said take it up with the post office. That afternoon I filed a missing package report, and was given a case number, which I sent to them. It's now the 27th, still no package, I'm out $77, and I insisted that they either refund me or resend the order. "Arrive" traced the package to one (the first) stop, then nothing. It's been three correspondences I've heard back from them. I'll get this until Monday, (two weeks from the initial delivery date) and lodge a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
