The selection is great, but slow shipping The selection is great without a question. However, shipping is very slow. I placed an order on 4/3, took over a week to receive the wrong product and another week to receive the correct product which was received today finally. I am in LA and so you would think I’d receive things faster given the company is also in LA. Won’t be returning unless I don’t care when I receive the products.

Ordered product without a problem, and then later get an email saying they want this wierd scanner to take a picture of my drivers liscence, which i obviously am not comfortable with. I understand the reason, but I wish they did this BEFORE I made a purchase like they are supposed to. Now they won’t send the product or refund my money and have not responded to me in days.

They did not deliver my order when they… They did not deliver my order when they said they would. I contacted them several times to see what was the reason or problem but only got the response of we will email you when your order is going to be delivered.

I would not recommend ordering from… I would not recommend ordering from these people. Its been almost a month since I placed my order, they printed a shipping lable the day I ordered and everytime I ask customer service why they still have not sent my package out and they give me the same awnser thats its in pre transit but the post office still have not recieved my item. Now they are not answering my emails. I feel like I got screwed big time. Very disappointed!

Poor Shipping & Communication! When you post on your website, "order in the next 21 hours and receive by Saturday," you're guaranteeing delivery. When the order doesn't show up until Monday, you didn't fulfill your promise. Poor communication from the website chat and didn't respond to email sent until delivery was made, like it's all better now. No apology, future discount or anything just an automatic email letting you know your package was delivered.
