After talking with him for a bit to explain what I was looking for, he recommended the Alec Bradley cigar sampler pack they had in stock. The price was right, so I took him up on the suggestion. What a Rip OFF Sent me a package, decent price, until I went to USPS and got screwed with a $65 COD charge, so their policy of free shipping after spending XXX dollars is complete garbage; after the math you can literally go anywhere else and find better products and service.

I called and spoke to Jeff who told me the order would go out the next day. He was friendly so I went for it. I received them in perfect shape with a thank you card and small gift in 2 days. 5 out of 6 messed up orders After Anthony sold it to the couple in Connecticut service has went downhill bad. I now choose to no longer give cigars City my business.

Ordered cigars on Sunday Ordered cigars on Sunday. Was told they would ship on Thursday. Been calling to delivery to billing address. They said they didn't have the billing address. Huh? Will not pickup the phone. Called all day on Wednesday. If I get my money or cigars. Business will be given to other cigar companies. My fault trying to save $20. I have to make sure my boys don't ever order from this place!!!
