Every time I send for some thing it’s… Every time I send for some thing it’s never right it doesn’t work for the flavor is not correct and they never correct the problem for me

I bought 2 packs of Breeze atomizers… I bought 2 packs of Breeze atomizers with 5 in a pack. 1 pack had only 3 in it. It was obvious that the pack had been opened. How did they not see that? You need better quality control.
