GBI purchased two items via Groupon and… I purchased two items via Groupon and agreed to pay extra for quicker shipping. I received an email from Hookahtown stating I owe $4.95 but there is no way to pay it. I've attempted to contact support for 2 days straight now. Their recording states they are open for call between 10 AM - 5 PM but no one ever answers. I've also initiated a chat off hookahtown.com 2 days in a row and no one ever responds. At this point I feel I have been scammed and am trying to get my money back.

GBPurchased item #VB-VB-E-DBR-KIT-BK… Purchased item #VB-VB-E-DBR-KIT-BK order ID is #8084154. ALL ITEMS security seals were tampered with and the heated knife came without the protective cap! Online advertising clearly shows that this item is to be new/sealed with the protective cap. Customer service replied with an unsatisfactory response but they may be use to this! All items are operational, isn’t worth anymore time and money so, I have decided to keep it. FYI…sorry to hear that your supplier doesn’t provide you with the protective cap, per customer service!?!

GBVERY difficult to pay VERY difficult to pay. Had to contact customer service 3 times before someone actually responded. Order weeks ago and still haven't received my order VERY disappointing.
