Bad support Ordered to wrong address. Customer support did not respond until after the order shipped, even though I contacted them seconds after placing the order to correct the address. Subsequent emails/help tickets have gone unanswered. Buy local is the lesson I learned.

For example, a clear invoice, auto fill on things like order numbers, tracking numbers. It's hassle to have to toggle between my order confirmation and my delivery update. This page for example, I have to go back to where I last ordered, instead of you providing this. After all, you are asking us to take out time to complete a review. Make it ezi piezi and people will more likely leave a review.
