Bad support Ordered to wrong address. Customer support did not respond until after the order shipped, even though I contacted them seconds after placing the order to correct the address. Subsequent emails/help tickets have gone unanswered. Buy local is the lesson I learned.

You've a great selection and I… You've a great selection and I appreciated the sale prices, but your website needs some of the conveniences that other websites include. For example, a clear invoice, auto fill on things like order numbers, tracking numbers. It's hassle to have to toggle between my order confirmation and my delivery update. This page for example, I have to go back to where I last ordered, instead of you providing this. After all, you are asking us to take out time to complete a review. Make it ezi piezi and people will more likely leave a review.

A review of my experience I’m asked to review my experience. Order placed 3/16/24. 1st item received 3/22/24. The 2nd item received 3/28/24. The items arrived undamaged and as expected. The website is easy to navigate. This site is well built and maintained. Grasscity was generous to provide a discount code and allowed me to apply it to these items even after they were already on sale. I appreciate the extra discount. Thank you!
