I ordered a pipe and they sent me a… I ordered a pipe and they sent me a bong instead. I tried to get a hold of customer service and there was no way to get a hold of anyone.

A review of my experience I’m asked to review my experience. Order placed 3/16/24. 1st item received 3/22/24. The 2nd item received 3/28/24. The items arrived undamaged and as expected. The website is easy to navigate. This site is well built and maintained. Grasscity was generous to provide a discount code and allowed me to apply it to these items even after they were already on sale. I appreciate the extra discount. Thank you!

Bad support Ordered to wrong address. Customer support did not respond until after the order shipped, even though I contacted them seconds after placing the order to correct the address. Subsequent emails/help tickets have gone unanswered. Buy local is the lesson I learned.
