For example, a clear invoice, auto fill on things like order numbers, tracking numbers. It's hassle to have to toggle between my order confirmation and my delivery update. This page for example, I have to go back to where I last ordered, instead of you providing this. After all, you are asking us to take out time to complete a review. Make it ezi piezi and people will more likely leave a review.

Making me jump through hoops for their "Easy Return" option I recently placed my first order at GrassCity - it was slightly over $400 and included some honey collectors and torches. Problem 1: The site promised me a 10% discount code for signing up. I never received it although I did receive the email to confirm my signup. I sent multiple emails about it to support over a few days with no response. 10% isn't a lot, but the lack of response left me with a bad feeling. The honey collectors were fine, but both torches had some issues. The first torch that arrived looked great but didn't adjust very well. I figured I could live with it. The second torch cost twice as much as the first and wouldn't light at all. I followed the instructions exactly multiple times and there wasn't even a hint of ignition. I've used multiple torches in the past without issue. I sent an email to ask about returning the faulty torch ($46). I received a response after a few days asking for a video of the problem. I don't know about you guys, but I don't have time to jump through hoops for a site that says they have easy returns. Also, the quality on the torch was more like something I would buy for under $20 at a local headshop - which is what I should have done in the first place, so that's on me. The other one that cost about $25 was much better quality except for the not-fine-enough adjustment issue. So, I put this at 3 stars so more people would see it because a lot of people go straight to this category to get an honest review. I legit wanted to make this 1 star. I won't be ordering from them again. If you do, you've been warned.
