Great experience with the Puffco Great experience with the Puffco costumer service. My battery got damaged and I sent it back to Puffco, after a week, Puffco costumer service sent me a new base. Puffco is a great product and their customer service works great! I highly recommend this product!

Simply put this brand has a great product and even better team behind them . Lucky to have this sorted out and at a very convenient pace . Excited to get back to my peak .

I was having issues with my Puffco… I was having issues with my Puffco after an interruption during the updating process. Ron sent a troubleshooting guide, and my dear Tocahontas is back up and running with the colors of the dabs!

Worst customer service! Worst customer service! I ordered over $400 of product and missed the first delivery attempt (6 hours earlier than estimated arrival time so I was at work). Customer service doesn’t care and it’s been over a week w/ little to no response. I still haven’t received my order and haven’t been updated by Puffco… even though I’ve reached out 4 times. VERY DISAPPOINTED. RECONSIDERING BUYING FROM THEM!!
