Excellent customer support We purchased our Peak 2 months ago, and 100% due to user error we broke the atomizer. Puffco support was super fast and helpful, and were able to assist me in ordering a new part in a very speedy manor. Extremely friendly and helpful, would recommend their products to anyone!

Puffco Rules/Rips Concentrates Long, long, long time fan. My most recent purchase was the flourish, wizard glass, and the flourish, hot knife very happy with the purchase, the hot knife is essential to using dabs in any form and the wizard glass is an amazing piece of art that lives a little more distance so the vape cools off, giving you the ability to take Richard deeper heads and the flavor is much more pronounced with the cooler vape with a little extra space.

Worst customer service! Worst customer service! I ordered over $400 of product and missed the first delivery attempt (6 hours earlier than estimated arrival time so I was at work). Customer service doesn’t care and it’s been over a week w/ little to no response. I still haven’t received my order and haven’t been updated by Puffco… even though I’ve reached out 4 times. VERY DISAPPOINTED. RECONSIDERING BUYING FROM THEM!!
