GBGreat experience with the Puffco Great experience with the Puffco costumer service. My battery got damaged and I sent it back to Puffco, after a week, Puffco costumer service sent me a new base. Puffco is a great product and their customer service works great! I highly recommend this product!

GBCaity was awesome and friendly! Caity was awesome and friendly! Ultimately, I reached out to support to share my experience with bricking and then fixing my bricked Peak Pro v2. (Essentially just need to terminate the app, restart phone, 20sec hold on peak power button, restart app and finish the update..voila) Love the company and glad they would warranty it if it didn't work out. Hope this helps someone!

GBPuffco Rules/Rips Concentrates Long, long, long time fan. My most recent purchase was the flourish, wizard glass, and the flourish, hot knife very happy with the purchase, the hot knife is essential to using dabs in any form and the wizard glass is an amazing piece of art that lives a little more distance so the vape cools off, giving you the ability to take Richard deeper heads and the flavor is much more pronounced with the cooler vape with a little extra space.
