Worst customer service! Worst customer service! I ordered over $400 of product and missed the first delivery attempt (6 hours earlier than estimated arrival time so I was at work). Customer service doesn’t care and it’s been over a week w/ little to no response. I still haven’t received my order and haven’t been updated by Puffco… even though I’ve reached out 4 times. VERY DISAPPOINTED. RECONSIDERING BUYING FROM THEM!!

Peak Pro So worth it! Cass from puffco customer service exceeded my expectations with her assistance. She was super helpful and made the process easy when I needed a replacement. After getting my replacement chamber I’ve been super happy & stoned with my peak pro ✌🏼
