GBDishonorable warranty I bought a terp pen that broke about 2 weeks after the purchase and I'm having a hard time getting it replaced or fixed in accordance with the warranty.Starting to regret the purchase especially if the warranty won't be honered

GBThis is a must have This is a must have, my husband and I tried dabbing for the first time and using a nectar collector. Which in my book looks real shady, lol. This has made dabbing much more enjoyable, it's easy, the technology is awesome and it's well made. If you are hesitant to purchase, don't be, you won't be disappointed.

GBHi bought my vaporizer from another… Hi bought my vaporizer from another site and it arrived dead upon arrival. I figured it would be a huge hassle getting it replaced under warranty. I contacted Boundless and within an hour I had a tracking number for ny replacement which was delivered the following day. Impeccable customer service in an industry where it is normally non existent. Thank you Boundless.

GBAlthough I enjoy their products Although I enjoy their products, the quality control on the Tera has been terrible. I've had 5 Tera's fail. One lasted 6 months, all the others failed in 1 to 12 weeks of receiving them. I finally asked for a CFX+ as a replacement. Support has been excellent. I've had very little difficulty in getting warranty replacments. The sent most of them out quickly.

GBAWFUL Support Not that I used traditional email support, but I had the official Instagram account tell me to send information regarding my order to get started on a warranty claim. They did not respond for over a month after this and still have not responded. My warranty claim happened without ever receiving a message but only after I threatened to contact the BBB. Overall a very poor experience for what I’d say is a mediocre product. Stay away from the terp pen line, their flower vapes are the only thing worth a buying.
