Hi bought my vaporizer from another… Hi bought my vaporizer from another site and it arrived dead upon arrival. I figured it would be a huge hassle getting it replaced under warranty. I contacted Boundless and within an hour I had a tracking number for ny replacement which was delivered the following day. Impeccable customer service in an industry where it is normally non existent. Thank you Boundless.

5 pens in total I currently own 3 terp pen spectrums, 2 terp pen XL and 1 terp pen. The new spectrum battery's are terrible. The charge on it only lasts about 2 sessions. My pen XL will last half the day and the small terp pen will last all day. I have so many spectrum pens because boundless sent me 2 more to replace the battery issue. They suck. Battery wise buy the small pen. It works 10x better than the new spectrum.

I also own a utillian 722 but I… I also own a utillian 722 but I definitely have to say that the TERA is, in my experience , a far superior rig; in that the draw is far smoother ;whereas. the utillians runs hot and harsh even on low setting.veryhappy to have the Tera back . thank you for a pleasant customer service experience! john Scott.

Stellar customer service that is lightning fast! When my terp pen broke, I contacted Boundless Tech about a replacement through the warranty. Carolina Rodriguez helped me, providing stellar customer service and proving to me that Boundless is a company that keeps their word. In about two hours, I was told a replacement was already being shipped out. And I got emails confirming the shipping information. The service was so fast and easy, I couldn’t believe it. I would highly recommend Boundless Tech to anyone because of their exceptional service.

Right now it's 3 stars Right now it's 3 stars. Not sure if I'm doing anything wrong. I purchased the Terp Pen Spectrum & I charged it when it arrived. Left on charge for an hour & the light was a steady green so I'm guessing it's fully charged. I followed all instructions on how to "burn off" any residue prior to using for concentrate. I purchased Verano G-Purps Budder/Badder. Did the 3-5 second inhale prior to touching the concentrate. When I gently pressed upon concentrate while inhaling for about 8 seconds & exhaled there was no smoke, I got some flavor but no smoke cloud. So I inhaled really hard like trying to suck down a Wendy's frosty thru a straw & only then did I get some smoke, but not a lot. I've tried all 3 heating modes & it's the same thing. I tried the coil as well & it was the same. Anyone else have this issue or am I possibly doing something wrong. This pen feels awesome & I really want to enjoy it. Any help will be appreciated.
