I purchased a boundless terp pen at a… I purchased a boundless terp pen at a local smoke shop. I used it 3 times and went to clean it with the cleaning brush like the instructions said. When I went to pull the cleaning brush out, the coil wire came out with it. Was very disappointing. I'm thinking it was a sorry $40 investment. Sure hope others haven't had this problem

Bam! The customer service and 3 year warranty is great!. If it's damaged or becomes defective in that 3 year window they will replace it. I'm a happy and loyal customer. The Terp Pen XL is the best vape pen I have ever tried and have found nothing that compares to the quality and taste it provides when it comes to cannabis concentrates.

In about two hours, I was told a replacement was already being shipped out. And I got emails confirming the shipping information. The service was so fast and easy, I couldn’t believe it. 5 pens in total I currently own 3 terp pen spectrums, 2 terp pen XL and 1 terp pen. The new spectrum battery's are terrible. The charge on it only lasts about 2 sessions. My pen XL will last half the day and the small terp pen will last all day. I have so many spectrum pens because boundless sent me 2 more to replace the battery issue. They suck. Battery wise buy the small pen. It works 10x better than the new spectrum.

Big-Time Customer Service Big-Time customer service never wavers over the years; recently sent me a part complimentary that I wasn’t even claiming as a warranty issue. Always happy with their products too and my CFX Plus is way over the top!
