GBI received my first shipment last week… I received my first shipment last week and I am very happy with Crowd Cow's service. Ordering was a breeze, the delivery was fast with excellent packaging. All of the meat was frozen as you would like to avoid spoilage and all of the meat I have had so far has been excellent. I heartily recommend Crowd Cow!

GBIt's rare when I write a negative review It's rare when I write a negative review of a company, but Crowd Cow's customer service has become horrible. I have been getting my meat from them for four years. They used to care about customer satisfaction. They used to have small farms connections. Now, they deliver even when orders are cancelled. I was out of the country and they didn't pack my order until the day I cancelled. They said I should call from out of the country to someone to come to my house, pick up the meat and save it for me. Seriously? Why didn't they cancel it when I first emailed them?

GBThey know their Beef and Pork! They know their Beef... and Pork too! Some of the best grain finished steaks, wagyu burgers and heritage pork tenderloins that I have found online. I live in a bit of a food desert so it's awesome I can get access to these high quality product whenever I like. No need to subscribe either, appreciate the freedom! Loved how they give you tracking info every step of the way as well.

GBBe aware when you order frozen items My box arrived with no ice packs or anything to keep the contents cold at least , I was at work and my bf decided to save the situation and put everything in the deep freeze ; I contacted Crowd Cow CS later same day to report what happened but there was no support at all for what happened and Nina kept repeating same robotic answers within her emails. I had to throw the food away because it smelled as well.

GBCanceled my subscription Canceled my subscription. They do not give advance notice that a shipment will be sent. If you forget about your subscription date you'll only get notice that your shipment has already been sent so no way to cancel or reschedule. This does not fit into busy life where it's easy to forget.
