GBThe Fish is awful if you do not know fresh from old The Beef is fine, but the Fish is absolutely awful. If you do not know the difference between old fish and fresh fish, then you probably won’t be disappointed. I’ve ordered twice…two strikes is enough and the company does not care if you complain about quality. Always use AMEX when ordering, AMEX stands behind you and will reimburse you for the bad product. Crowd cow doesn’t seem to care

GBThey are very expensive and difficult… They are very expensive and difficult to keep track of it you postpone a box when right on funds. The only reason I'm leaving this review is because after postponing a box as far out as I could and then forgot about postponing again the box was delivered and left on the side of the road next to my mailbox rather than at my doorstep as they have done in the future. So not only could I not afford the box I got, which was my fault for not keeping track better, all the fish was thawed and I had to trash it!! This is not for those who may have occasional financial issues. Just go to your local butcher and seafood market.

GBRotten meat, refused to refund I received two expensive beef roasts that both turned out to be rotten when defrosted. There were visible holes in the packaging and the support person suggested they were safe to eat since they were "locked tight in a sealed box." So cardboard boxes protect meat against contamination now? The meat was foul smelling and discolored at the surface and in the middle and slimy. I was told it was safe to eat and they can add another one to my next order!

GBQuality of meat is lower than I… Quality of meat is lower than I expected and Im dissapointed. The free Wiagu addition was amazing. The 35 dollar New York strip looks amazing but had many unchewable pieces. I just had a 10 dollar Costco steak I was really dissapointed in so I ordered from these guys. We have a few left in our freezer hoping they are better than this one. When you pay up you really want to appreciate so I feel let down.

GBI have only ordered from them three… I have only ordered from them three times. I find them a bit pricey and portions are ridiculously small (even for one single person who does not eat a lot). I never had an issue or customer service encounter but on my last order I had new lamb chops from New Zealand which were heavily advertised. Packaging was terrible. Lamb chops should have been individually wrapped and not just thrown together in a thin plastic bag to guarantee freezer burns. I also had a small question regarding the freshness of the lobster tails I ordered on my second order. Fortunately, they do not force you to take a subscription and a customer can place"one time only" order.
