CHWorst customer experience! If I could rate it minus star, I would. I placed an order on 8 November 2023 and was promptly asked to pay, which I did. Since then, I have not received any products. I have requested a full refund, to which my emails go unanswered. My registered letter was also not picked up and thus returned to me. This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. Any company should listen to their customer feedback and take it seriously. There is a red flag that so many people have had the same experience. I'm extremely dissatisfied - would not recommend - will not use then again. Just shameful.

FRGreat service Great service Two orders so far. The first for Christmas was delayed but delivered in time for the festivities with a very kind gesture. The second order of delicious fresh sausages was delivered within 2 weeks. Any emails regarding the orders were dealt with in a prompt and friendly manner. Deliveries made with a smile and kind word.

Also found The English Grocer is cheaper than using Britstore or British Corner Shop - the main difference arises from customs charges - I've been routinely charged ~ CHF 70 for nothing except box opening and inspection. Also please note, these two companies won't ship meat pies and cheeses whereas The English Grocer will.

CHPaid for my food delivery in November! Paid for my food delivery in November! Received a small partial delivery before Christmas but no re fund for the remaining undelivered items. My credit card company is trying to recover my money from them! Total Scam.
