CHPotentially a great company once well established I ordered some Bacon and crumpets at te beginning of January. Paid full by credit card for the order. Was supposed to receive the order January 23rd. Tried to contact them via email and phone and through there AI bot on ther site. Got a brief response saying they experienced a split to there orders from UK and they will pick my order soon. Max gave me a full refund on request and has offered to complete the order ASAP and get cash payment on receipt of the goods. I hope this can work as its a great concept, i guess everyone experiences teething troubles so im going to give him a chance.

CHWorst customer experience! If I could rate it minus star, I would. I placed an order on 8 November 2023 and was promptly asked to pay, which I did. Since then, I have not received any products. I have requested a full refund, to which my emails go unanswered. My registered letter was also not picked up and thus returned to me. This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. Any company should listen to their customer feedback and take it seriously. There is a red flag that so many people have had the same experience. I'm extremely dissatisfied - would not recommend - will not use then again. Just shameful.

CHI was wondering where my order was #2216 I was wondering where my order was, expecting it would have arrived by now. It was by chance I came across these comments and reviews. And now I dread I've been conned and my christmas will be ruined by these people. I have emailed them but have no reply!! Not many positive reviews here, and perhaps written by themselves. So to be honest I'm not going to waste my breath on this one, but let my lawyers handle the matter. Do not go near these people, Only use the 2 Brit online shops who are far far better, honourable and trustworthy, than these, even if they do not offer certain things A very disgruntled customer. CHorder not delivered We placed an order over one month ago and have not received our merchandise yet. The amount owed was charged to our credit card. The English Grocer has not been answering several e mails requesting an update. They do not answer the telephone number listed on their website.

CHDelayed delivery Made an order end February, paid 9th March. Stopped receiving any updates after this. I asked for an update on the 15th, 22nd and eventually asked for a refund on 24th due to no responses. Update- I did receive my order and there was a problem with my requests for updates being spam filtered. I didn’t love the service or delivery times, but there were mitigating circumstances.
