Shipping delays The seller answers emails with delay, he promised a new delivery date but nothing happened. I have ordered from this seller before with no problem and I do not understand why the quality of the service degraded since the last time I have ordered. UPDATE: looks like the order has been shipped. I don't have an issue with delays, it is a widespread problem these days but I think the seller can improve the communication with clients: reply faster to e-mails and give more realistic timelines for the delivery. If it is all good with the order I would order from this seller again.

And now I dread I've been conned and my christmas will be ruined by these people. I have emailed them but have no reply!! Not many positive reviews here, and perhaps written by themselves. So to be honest I'm not going to waste my breath on this one, but let my lawyers handle the matter. Do not go near these people, Only use the 2 Brit online shops who are far far better, honourable and trustworthy, than these, even if they do not offer certain things A very disgruntled customer.
