GBAs far as I’m concerned this company is… As far as I’m concerned this company is nothing more than a another Internet scam. They took my money they fail to deliver they can’t be trusted. It’s been over three weeks since I placed my order you can’t get a hold of them I suggest you avoid them. If there’s a problem on their end they don’t bother to contact you.

CADO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Customer service was non-existent. I sent three customer inquiries asking for the status of my order (when it left the warehouse, tracking number, etc.) None of my questions were answered. After numerous inquiries, the only time I received a response was when I finally asked to cancel my order, which they wouldn't do. Very rude. Impossible to track my order. Worst experience of online ordering ever. Still haven't received my order.

ISI became a customer of Shutterfly by… I became a customer of Shutterfly by default when Kodak went out of business some years ago. At first their promotions were fair and 50% off actually meant 50% off. No longer - it's 50% off parts of an order not the entire project. If you are not a US customer, delivery is not free and can be quite expensive. The company is not really responsive to inquiries about "discounts" that are meant to induce customers to purchase, but are effectively less than they advertise. I have made a number of costly photo books with Shutterfly and I am increasingly unhappy with the experience. There are other less expensive providers - I am searching them out and suggest others do the same.

GBDon't know how to run a business Placed an order in March, items were back ordered and didn't know if or when they were coming in, so I cancelled the order. Four months later, they send me shipping notification of one item, but not the ones that had been on back order all this time, and then charged me shipping for that item because the order no longer met the free shipping amount. Horrible business. Now I've got to convince my credit card company to not charge me and not pay them.

GBWaiting too long for order to be processed I placed and order and 4 days later according to the lady that answered the phone it is still being processed but no explanation on what is taking so long. I tried to answer but she hung up the phone before the words left my mouth (that was rude). I guess I'll wait until Monday to see if they have some kind of status on the order and if not I'll have to call my bank and ask them not to make the payment.
