As far as I’m concerned this company is… As far as I’m concerned this company is nothing more than a another Internet scam. They took my money they fail to deliver they can’t be trusted. It’s been over three weeks since I placed my order you can’t get a hold of them I suggest you avoid them. If there’s a problem on their end they don’t bother to contact you.

Complete disaster! I totally agree with all previous reviews. This company is awful!!!! Not sure how they actually survived and stay in business. Forget all advertisement on their site. I placed an order a month ago and no one even bother to let me know that my product is out of stock. No, I had an electronic reply that I will receive it in 5-7 business days. only after I contacted them I got a notification" Oops we will send you your tracking later today! Complete disaster!!!!

Terrible customer services I placed an order of 3 bottles of fish oil on 8/27, have not yet received my shipment after 2 weeks. My emal inquiry was never returned. Finally got hold of someone in customer services who had no clue where my order was. Eventually someone called back to inform me that manufacture shipped them the wrong products and do I want to cancel the order all together since it won't arrive on time before my oversea trip. The customer service girl has a terrible attitude. Their manager hasn't yet returned my phone call. Unbelievable!

Terrible Ordered some vitamins 4 weeks ago (Oct 6) Got an email saying they would ship in 4-7 days. Never came. Emailed "Customer Service" and they told me to expect a tracking number soon. Never came. Called "Customer Service" a few days later and she said the order has not even been shipped yet - still waiting to receive the vitamins from the manufacturer. So here we are 4 weeks later and still nothing. These guys are the worst. Based on all the other terrible reviews, it's obvious this is just how they operate. I wish I had checked up on them earlier.

Waiting too long for order to be processed I placed and order and 4 days later according to the lady that answered the phone it is still being processed but no explanation on what is taking so long. I tried to answer but she hung up the phone before the words left my mouth (that was rude). I guess I'll wait until Monday to see if they have some kind of status on the order and if not I'll have to call my bank and ask them not to make the payment.
