SCAM COMPANY!! SCAM COMPANy!!! I placed 2 orders the same day over a month ago going to separate addresses, both said they shipped after I ordered, but neither order has been received. Tracking link says there isn’t anything . They don’t answer the phone except with voice mail, they don’t respond to emails as they say. I would leave NO stars if that was an option.

Bad customer service and shipping … Oh how I wish I had read the reviews are well before ordering. It has now been 2 wks and I still do not have the vitamins. Just got a tracking 12/20 after sending two email 12/9 order day.As others have said, it does no good to contact them. Still waiting to even see UPSP delivery. I order vitamins because I need them not just for the fun it. I will never order from this company again going forward.

They delivered...after 3.5 months Update: I received the goods in the end, it took 3.5 months from order, but the goods are as expected. The communications from the company did seem very scammy, but the correct genuine items were delivered! Changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars =) -- Previous review: Kept sending links to post tracking but the links never indicated a parcel was on its way. It’s been 3 months now and my credit card won’t open a dispute because too much time has elapsed. They keep you talking until the time expires.

Waiting too long for order to be processed I placed and order and 4 days later according to the lady that answered the phone it is still being processed but no explanation on what is taking so long. I tried to answer but she hung up the phone before the words left my mouth (that was rude). I guess I'll wait until Monday to see if they have some kind of status on the order and if not I'll have to call my bank and ask them not to make the payment.

Actual shipping took much longer than expected Website indicates that most orders will be received by me within 5 - 7 business days. However, today would be 9 business days since I placed my order and they tell me my product only shipped this morning, which means I won't receive it now until at least Saturday or Monday... Could be 11 business days by then. Website currently only shows a generic status on my order about "Will ship in 4 - 7 days". I am told I can expect a tracking number tomorrow. I had to contact them to get the status that it shipped today. I am a bit wary of this merchant.
