DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Customer service was non-existent. I sent three customer inquiries asking for the status of my order (when it left the warehouse, tracking number, etc.) None of my questions were answered. After numerous inquiries, the only time I received a response was when I finally asked to cancel my order, which they wouldn't do. Very rude. Impossible to track my order. Worst experience of online ordering ever. Still haven't received my order.

Terrible Ordered some vitamins 4 weeks ago (Oct 6) Got an email saying they would ship in 4-7 days. Never came. Emailed "Customer Service" and they told me to expect a tracking number soon. Never came. Called "Customer Service" a few days later and she said the order has not even been shipped yet - still waiting to receive the vitamins from the manufacturer. So here we are 4 weeks later and still nothing. These guys are the worst. Based on all the other terrible reviews, it's obvious this is just how they operate. I wish I had checked up on them earlier.

DO NOT order from this scam company I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. SCAM company. They took my money and i never heard from them. I can’t track my order because i never received a confirmation. I will dispute the cheaters with my bank. Buyer beware!!!

Complete disaster! I totally agree with all previous reviews. This company is awful!!!! Not sure how they actually survived and stay in business. Forget all advertisement on their site. I placed an order a month ago and no one even bother to let me know that my product is out of stock. No, I had an electronic reply that I will receive it in 5-7 business days. only after I contacted them I got a notification" Oops we will send you your tracking later today! Complete disaster!!!!

Beware.. your credit card info isn't safe. DO NOT ORDER Ordered soap once on June 17th 2023 and received it, never ordered again. Got an email through my spam box on March 26th 2024 letting me know the product was back in stock and if I did not reply within 2 days my card would be charged automatically. Then got another email April 3rd that the order had been processed. Both of those emails I did not see until April 8th when I recieved a package for the same order back from last year.. also found a bank credit card charge on 3/29/24 for the same amount. After calling the company, the owner explained that the items I previously ordered had been out of stock and since I was notified but did not reply, the order was fulfilled. Needless to say, this company is very fishy and reading more reviews I see I'm not the only ones who's been scammed... I will be talking to my bank and blocking any future transactions. DO NOT ORDER
