Pleasantly surprised! Fresh direct has been wonderful! Love the selection, the site is easy to navigate & there are some good deals depending on what you buy. Also I absolutely love that they carry good bagels. Out of my 5-10 purchases only one item was missing, and it was easy to mark it missing and got a credit without a problem.

ABSOLUTELY THE W O R S T FOOD DELIVERY SERVICE I had to cancel my membership with Freshdirect today, because of the incompetence and lies put forth by their employees, the weekly produce, which is usually rotten, items that are usually left out of my order, the delivery man who can't read simple delivery directions and managers that never call to follow-up. In addition, not one manager tried to save my account, what a bunch of flakes!!! GOOD RIDDANCE!!

AWFUL! AWFUL!! Cancelled my delivery on a Monday after saying it will be two hours late then they say the only day to have it delivered is that Friday. That Friday night after my delivery was supposed to come and customer service says "5 minutes" twice. They CANCEL my order for a second time!!! AWFUL service and treat their customers poorly. ZERO if I could.

Somebody attempted a fraudulent… Somebody attempted a fraudulent transaction on my card for this company. Thankfully it failed. Looks like others are also experiencing the same so leads me to believe it may be somebody linked to the company. I have no idea how they got my card details.

Unimaginably bad customer service. Unimaginably bad customer service. I received a coupon for $50 off my first $100 order, so I placed an order as s new customer. I got an email receipt showing $50 was taken off the bill per my promotion. But then they billed me an extra $50. I emailed them, assuming they would be eager to resolve the issue immediately. By email they said billing issues had to be resolved by phone. So I called. The rep I spoke to told me that for security phone reps do not have access to customer accounts or email. So, according to FreshDirect, they are unable to resolve billing issues by email and unable to resolve them by phone. This shows either gross incompetence or a deliberate attempt to deceive and overcharge customers. I will never use this company again.
