GBPleasantly surprised! Fresh direct has been wonderful! Love the selection, the site is easy to navigate & there are some good deals depending on what you buy. Also I absolutely love that they carry good bagels. Out of my 5-10 purchases only one item was missing, and it was easy to mark it missing and got a credit without a problem.

GBUnimaginably bad customer service. Unimaginably bad customer service. I received a coupon for $50 off my first $100 order, so I placed an order as s new customer. I got an email receipt showing $50 was taken off the bill per my promotion. But then they billed me an extra $50. I emailed them, assuming they would be eager to resolve the issue immediately. By email they said billing issues had to be resolved by phone. So I called. The rep I spoke to told me that for security phone reps do not have access to customer accounts or email. So, according to FreshDirect, they are unable to resolve billing issues by email and unable to resolve them by phone. This shows either gross incompetence or a deliberate attempt to deceive and overcharge customers. I will never use this company again.

Hopefully they can use there volume purchase advantage to lower the prices to US - More Often Soon. β’ I take the 1st π₯ Delivery Slot π π¦ on a week day or Sundays. 6AM to 8AM π and that works like clock work for me! I have ordered a few times now and I am satisfied. β’ Their customer service works for me too - but then and again I am an early riser - so as they say the early bird catches the worms. β’ But then on the flip side the early fishes to feed get hooked too.ππ½πβ π

GBOverpriced and poor service Overpriced and poor service. We've had deliveries lost or delivered past the scheduled time as well as wrong items. For their prices, this poor service is unacceptable. When we contacted FD about today's missing delivery, we were told it was delivered and left with our doorman. It wasn't. So this company doesn't even communicate honestly with its customers.

GBI get what I order but the cooking has⦠I get what I order but the cooking has become bad. All main course are very spicy and almost uneatable. The food is no longer delivered frozen and arrives all stirred up. You could not recognize lasagna for example. The polenta is so watery that it could be a soup rather than a side dish. Fresh Direct, what happened to you? I am now trying other delivery service.
