GBThey were dishonest They were dishonest about the rate we would be set at. It was twice the amount. When we called to discuss all we were told was basically sorry, that person no longer works here. We were also told an integration existed that actually did not. We have had holds placed on our transactions despite having shown them several times we conduct large transactions on a regular basis. Every transition that comes through is flagged as fraud. They have been a pain to have. I would never do business with them again.

GBUnfulfilled promise and higher processing fees We are a small nonprofit and every single penny counts. When I setup the ACH processing, the sales rep gave us certain processing fees. He clearly mentioned that there will be no percentage based fee for ACH. Whatever terms as well as service expectations he promised, none were fulfilled. He stopped responding to email and didn't answer phone calls. At the end we are still paying higher processing fees than what was promised.

GBI called because you are charging me… I called because you are charging me almost $100, plus $15 a month (from authorize Net) when it is supposed to be just the $15. I was told it would be adjusted and I would be credited back all the over charges. Since the call has gone by, I have been charged 2 more months and now of the 100 plus kow I'm getting an additional 10 a month charge from your company on top of the 15 from authorize.net

GBThey do what they want regardless of your agreement. When I initially spoke with the representative before agreeing to use National Processing, I was clear that I did not want to accept American Express. The salesperson assured me that AmEx would not be added to my list of cards accepted. A week after signing with National Proc, I received a welcome email from American Express. I contacted my sales person who said "yes, I added you to receive American Express." He apologized and said it would be removed. A few weeks later, I am received another email from AmEx. It had been added again. I called the general customer service line. The assured me that it would be removed and not be added again. I received more email from American Express. Each email has a different "account number" associated with it. They continue to share my information with American Express clearly against my wishes.
