US website and Contact Us performs badly US website performs badly. I could not even use a credit card because only the PayPal field would show. The US website, contact phone number, and contact email all have serious problems and I cannot use them for enquiring about my order. The site did not allow me to create an account when ordering. When submitting the contact email form I am prompted for login credentials and taken to a dead page. The US contact phone number 1-800-460-9051 rings a couple of times then goes dead. Very bad user experience and so far can’t even contact the company.

Good luck, half the stuff on their site is out of stock For the second time urban bar has cancelled an order of mine due to breakage at their warehouse and are unable to complete my order. They say they’re canceling my order and gave me no other options. It seems they have decided not to restock many of the glassware from their site. Beware, they might just cancel and refund your order for no reason. Update: Urban bar shipped me the glassware I needed at no charge. Far above and beyond what was necessary. Thank you!

I purchased the Urban Bar Brown Leather… I purchased the Urban Bar Brown Leather Bag and it was delivered on time. Quality seems good but this bag is not brown. It's more gray and has me questioning whether or not it is actual leather. I looked into how leather is classified, often times businesses get away with terms such as "handmade leather" or "genuine leather" when it's actually not real leather. Would not recommend purchasing for the current price of $400+

The Most Beautiful Bar Glasses! Besides having the most beautiful bar ware, especially the bar glasses of any kind, their customer service couldn't be more helpful. The only negative is the cost of shipping for U.S. shipping but at the end of the day it's worth the cost when you receive the exquisite bar glasses which by the way are priced very reasonably.
