The glass is crystal clear and a nice thickness, not so delicate that you’re afraid to crush it when you wash it, but with a classy slimness. The gold rim is lovely and does not look like it will tarnish or chip off easily.

A week went by and I hadn’t received shipping notifications, so I emailed, and we discovered the glasses I had ordered were currently out of stock. Other suggestions were made, and I chose these, and they arrived within 2 days. An offer was made to discount the items AND pay for shipping because of the delay. Not only are the glasses gorgeous, my wife happy, but the customer service is exceptional. Thank you!

GBExcellent service from UK support Customer service in the UK is excellent. They were very helpful when the glasses I ordered did not arrive in time from their US warehouse in tracking down the glasses and ensuring they were eventually delivered. The glasses arrived three days later than promised on the website.

GBUS website and Contact Us performs badly US website performs badly. I could not even use a credit card because only the PayPal field would show. The US website, contact phone number, and contact email all have serious problems and I cannot use them for enquiring about my order. The site did not allow me to create an account when ordering. When submitting the contact email form I am prompted for login credentials and taken to a dead page. The US contact phone number 1-800-460-9051 rings a couple of times then goes dead. Very bad user experience and so far can’t even contact the company.
