Great customer service Great customer service. Decanter I got was broken during shipping, a new one was sent out. The replacement didn't break but had the same packaging problem, need to secure the topper from becoming a wrecking ball. Glasses I got were as expected and packaged well. Would get glasses again but not a decanter.

Covid problems Covid problems. Two tries and delivered to wrong address. Communication quite difficult but that’s partly because no one was in the office because of Covid. I feel like they shouldn’t have been shipping if they couldn’t manage but this is a weird situation Edit: would also like to state that FedEx Made this much more difficult than it should have been. Honestly, I have much better luck with UPS in the states.

Love these coupe glasses My husband was absolutely delighted by these couple glasses. The glass is crystal clear and a nice thickness, not so delicate that you’re afraid to crush it when you wash it, but with a classy slimness. The gold rim is lovely and does not look like it will tarnish or chip off easily.

Have made a couple of orders of… Have made a couple of orders of cocktail glasses from Urban Bar. Both arrived incredibly quickly from the UK to Colorado USA! Although packing was great, one order did arrive with a broken glass. I contacted customer service and the item was reshipped, no questions asked. The glasses are high quality and beautiful. The website images accurately represent the products. I enjoy my home cocktails in these glasses nightly!

US website and Contact Us performs badly US website performs badly. I could not even use a credit card because only the PayPal field would show. The US website, contact phone number, and contact email all have serious problems and I cannot use them for enquiring about my order. The site did not allow me to create an account when ordering. When submitting the contact email form I am prompted for login credentials and taken to a dead page. The US contact phone number 1-800-460-9051 rings a couple of times then goes dead. Very bad user experience and so far can’t even contact the company.
