Great platform. Great support. Great health benefits. Our experience has been AMAZING! From onboarding to support it was easy. And the platform is very user friendly and makes administering health benefits to our employees easy. I highly recommend Take Command!

Account & subscription never worked Account and subscription have never worked correctly. Spend time troubleshooting with customer service and the problem was not solved. More stress from using the App, not less!

God awful. Stay away from Take Command Health. God awful. See Emma Bailey's review. Because of Take Command Health's ineptitude, I was unable to submit any expenses via their portal in time to get them approved with a safe margin before the IRS deadline.

Great experience for my family My ICHRA with Take Command has been awesome for our family. While it's a different type of insurance than I'm used to, getting to choose the health plan that works with my kids' doctors was valuable to us. Customer support has been helpful when I had questions.
