GBCompany used to be great Company used to be great, with great customer service. No longer so: I had a $1400 2023 medical reimbursement approved by them but they wouldn't send it to my employer to process on Jan 19th because 'you haven't uploaded your 2024 cover". Several chat messages and phone calls explaining that my plan doesn't renew until March 1st so obviously I don't have 2024 card yet.... No help. They just kept telling me to upload my new card. Eventually I get the card....go to upload it, there a 7 choices of insurance carrier, none is mine (United). More time in chat and on the phone until I'm told 'just click any button'. I spent a total of about 7 hours trying to upload an insurance card that took me about 20 seconds last year. This company has the worst portal, the worst software and the worst customer service

GBAccount & subscription never worked Account and subscription have never worked correctly. Spend time troubleshooting with customer service and the problem was not solved. More stress from using the App, not less!

GBICHRA > Group Health Plan We explored traditional group plans for our small business, but were discouraged by the complexity, price, and genuine lack of understanding brokers had. Came across Take Command health by chance after seeing folks discuss ICHRA plans which I never heard of. Take Command has great resources on their website, and when you get in touch, has the heart of a teacher to explain everything you need to know. Signing up and going live was painless and our team loves it.
