GBCost Savings and Choice were helpful. I was able to get better coverage than my old Aetna plan.

GBThis is my company's first experience… This is my company's first experience with Take Command. We had a lot of questions and even had to postpone the initial effective date due to unanswered questions. We did get our questions answered and subsequently things have been moving along more smoothly. February starts our employees first month of coverage, so we will see how that progresses.

GBThe phone representative made a… The phone representative made a confusing process so much easier! Thank you for helping me select the choice that was best for me!

GBCompany used to be great Company used to be great, with great customer service. No longer so: I had a $1400 2023 medical reimbursement approved by them but they wouldn't send it to my employer to process on Jan 19th because 'you haven't uploaded your 2024 cover". Several chat messages and phone calls explaining that my plan doesn't renew until March 1st so obviously I don't have 2024 card yet.... No help. They just kept telling me to upload my new card. Eventually I get the card....go to upload it, there a 7 choices of insurance carrier, none is mine (United). More time in chat and on the phone until I'm told 'just click any button'. I spent a total of about 7 hours trying to upload an insurance card that took me about 20 seconds last year. This company has the worst portal, the worst software and the worst customer service

GBGod awful. Stay away from Take Command Health. God awful. See Emma Bailey's review. Because of Take Command Health's ineptitude, I was unable to submit any expenses via their portal in time to get them approved with a safe margin before the IRS deadline.
