Between recently receiving beans well over 2 months past roasting date and this god awful UPS innovations service taking over a week to move ONE state over, I'm done. For lower price I'll just support local roasters here in Phoenix.

Loyalty Rost I was given a 12oz package of your "Loyalty Rost" coffee. I spent 23 years in the USAF and with out a doubt this coffee is the absolute WORST tasting coffee I have ever had. During the brewing process it did not even smell like coffee or taste like the regular coffee I use.(maxwell house).

Good Coffee, Poor Customer service :( I have to say, I love the idea of BRCC and I love their coffee. Unfortunately, at every turn I am faced with another frustration or disappointment :( Just to share one instance: I ordered, made a mistake (didn't use my coupon), read their order cancel policy and canceled the order within 3 minutes of the order. I then ordered a second time with the correct codes and later received an email that my 1st order had been processed and my second order 4 minutes later would be the one cancelled. Felt like a cheap shot... that's just one instance... Like I said, just sadly disappointed in the customer service of a company whose mission statement I would really like to support.

Something was wrong this time! I fell in love with Black Rifle coffee after drinking it at my niece's house in Salt Lake City. They order is ever three months or so. I have been ordering it from Wal Mart and loved it. This box of Freedom Fuel pods had grounds in almost every cup I fixed. I was so disappointed because I had to run it to a filter to drink it. It had to be the pods because my other boxes have never done this. I've been using it over a year now. It is the dark roast and still good but so aggravating to have to deal with this.
