GBCustomer Service is horrendous I have had issues with the website every time I have used it in the past three years. I tried to sign up for the coffee club for two days and every time I entered my information I got a message that something went wrong and to try again later. I tried to order as a guest and four times at checkout I noticed that one item was changed to one I didn’t want and my state of residence was changed to a different state. I tried calling today and after being on hold far too long and listening to the damned awful music and annoying announcements I hung up. I called back later to request a call back but that option was not offered that during that call. After a long wait I hung up. I’m never buying their coffee again and I have been drinking it exclusively for the past 3-4 years. I wanted to send an email but I couldn’t find one. There are other veteran coffee makers and I will try those.

GBTastes like it came from Satan's a$$crack I received a bag of the "Thirty Presents Out" blend as a late Christmas gift and it was my first time experiencing their coffee. I am a modest person who can tolerate a lot...but this "coffee" has brought out the worst in me. In a word, it's awful. Each time I try it it gets worse. It's aggressive, bitter, rank, sharp. No amount of doctoring can help it. It tastes ugly and mean, like a hostile boomer at a Pride parade. It is literally shriveling my tongue as I write this, as it is the only coffee available for me to drink at work today...I try, again and again, to force myself to drink it, but it's like being punched in the face. It is full of hate and spite. It leaves a sour aftertaste that lingers in the back of the throat and cleaves the tongue to the roof of the mouth, like it's trying to get as far away from the taste as possible. I feel bad for my taste buds. This...substance is irredeemable. It tastes like it was scraped out of an oil derrick and was strained through a mummy, after which point Satan stuck his d!ck in it and gave it a gentle loving stir before bagging. This isn't coffee. I have no idea if this company was ever good, but if so, those days are either long gone, or I received a bag of ground demon-droppings by mistake. Avoid if you don't want to make your life worse for the experience; my quality of life has genuinely decreased in general, and I'm left wondering even as to the integrity of my friendship with the person who gave it to me, questioning what I possibly could have done to warrant such a betrayal. This stuff literally has given me existential dread and made me question aspects of my life that were once reliable, comforting and good. The sun has set on my innocence and I now know how truly cold and uncaring the universe really is. STAY AWAY.

GBGood Coffee - Horrible Customer Service The coffee is fine, but the customer service is terrible. If all of your deliveries come as scheduled and you never have need to contact them, you will be happy. But, if you need to contact them about an issue, they don’t respond. I sent many messages, waited on hold for a very long time (multiple times) and tried their “Bots Chat”. No luck. I cancelled my subscription after 6 years.

GBWe like the coffee- we Love the convenience! We like the coffee, our shipment arrives seamlessly without fail and has for almost 2 years. Occasionally I put in an extra order - when guests drink up our coffee supply - those orders always arrive quickly! BRC has done just what I’d hoped! Taken “coffee” off my to do list and kept us supplied without fail. We buy whole bean, grind and brew daily with an espresso machine.

GBCannot talk to human Love the coffee and for the most part have had a positive experience until I needed to reach out and talk to a human regarding an issue with my account. Hold times longer than an hour with only 14 people in the queue. That’s unacceptable customer service! Do you only have 1 person answering calls? After 5 years it just might be time to move on to a different coffee brand with a customer service department.
